Stranger in World Cup Soccer - 2

As I said in the first post, many people will criticize me for this blog, but I have to express my dissatisfaction with the investment absurdity of the Brazilian Government with the World Cup and oblivion with the other sectors of the country.
For starters Education, where most public universities are on strike for much of the year 2012, because our government does not want to pay a decent wage for teachers.
Moreover, education as a whole is scrapped, as young people leave school without knowing basic math operations, unable to read or write properly, since they can not write a simple essay.
Not enough, the higher education level so lousy professionals, many of whom have no ability to exercise the profession after years in higher education.
Faced with such nonsense and scrapping of education, governdo talks all the time that is short of resources and can not take dnheiro other areas for investment in education, which, in my view, is the best investment a country.
But paradoxically the alleged lack of funds for education, the Brazilian government is investing millions of dollars to the world cup and the Olympics, most of these works do not have any purpose after the event.
Example is the stage that the federal government is building in Manaus, in the Amazon because the football teams there can not take a thousand fans per game and the stadium under construction will have a capacity of over 40 000 people.
Facing sizes absurd I do not see the logic of this lower world cup in Brazil, and I am disgusted by one of this country where everything is wrong.
